Dear Valued Customers,
Due to recent changes in EU customs clearance policies and postal system upgrades, our logistics partner has temporarily suspended postal shipping services to the following destinations:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
During this period, FedEx will be the only available shipping option for these destinations. Free FedEx shipping is available on orders over US$100.
This is a temporary adjustment. We will restore our standard postal shipping options as soon as the service becomes available again.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support.
Sincerely,
