International shipping usually takes longer time than domestic, since it’s based on shipping service provider and both countries Customs.

Package delays are more likely to occur or be extended in the lead up to festive seasons and key sales periods. If nobody is home to take delivery of your package, local postal guidelines will apply.

If your package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, undeliverable, rejected, or refused, then we will refund you for the order minus the original shipping fee.
